FAQ

All images are high quality digital, using our state of the art, lighting and camera equipment, with a wealth of experience.

How large can my product be? 
Web each product must be less than 2ft square.
Catalogue & Brochure each products must be less than 4ft sq.

Creative products can be larger (Well as long as we can get them through our double doors!).

Weight limit per item is 20kg
Their is an additional charge of £25 for any products, that need major assembly, for instance flat pack furniture. We take no responsibility for any damage caused during assembly, or taking apart for shipping.

How long is the service?
Time is 5 working-days from the time we receive your products. Please allow extra time for your courier service. If we can get it done any sooner we will, and usually do. Please call for urgent work.

How will you photograph our products?
We will photograph the most obvious front of the subject, usually at an angle to show two or three sides of the product. Group pictures will be taken in the most pleasing arrangement, and products may overlap. Unless stated clearly by the customer on the order, the images will be taken at our discretion.

We can even bring our studio too you. Please phone for details.

Are images retouched?, and do you include clipping paths?

Images do include basic retouching. Extra work, including colour changes, restoration of images and special effects are chargable, please ring for details.

Clipping paths are included; in Catalogue and Brochure. NOT WEB. (Images without clipping path minus £5.00 from Catalogue price) The path is run around the border of the product.

What are the file types and size of finished images?
Images for print, (catalogue, brouchure) will be provided on disc, and are aproximatly A4 in size 300dpi rgb high resoloution images. Web images are rgb jpegs optimised for web use, and sent via email.

Who has copyright?
You will have copyright on your images after full payment to Brewery studios, but not to resell to a third party. We reserve the right to use your images, for our own marketing purposes. (please see terms and conditions for full details).

How do I send and return my product?
Please carefully package up your products, and send them to us, using a courier of your choice, or your own vehicles.

When you have approved your images, please arrange collection from us  using Parcel force, Parceline, etc, or a courier of your choice. Products are returned in original packaging, with a disc of your images enclosed, where applicable.

Products must be collected within 30 days of approval.

How do I use your download and viewer service?

Under construction, images for approval sent by email at present.

What if I need more in the future?
Your  images are stored for up to one year at our location on DVD. Should you need additional copies of your pictures on CD/DVD, these are available for £20.00 each.

How do we pay for your service?
You can pay online using our shop, using any credit/ debit card, or send us a cheque with your order.

Please note no work is undertaken without a valid payment, and order.
 

Damage of products?
Clearpics (Brewery Studios) accepts no responsibility for damaged products; please insure items, as accidents do happen!
